There are 4 casting engineers, 6 casting technicians and other 120 employees. Equipped with 35Kv substation, 16 sets of automatic hydraulic forming machine, 2 lost foam automatic production lines, 2 sets of Q485 shot blasting machine, and 1 automatic spray line, we are able to produce HT200, HT250, QT400, QT450, QT800 and other brands castings. The output can reach to 15,000T covering the products like transmission shell, water pump shell, engineering machinery transmission box, and mechanical transmission gearbox and so on.
